T & G Medical Billing guided Rains ISD step by step in the implementation of our SHARS program in 2004 and continue to play a key role in the program’s success. Ted and Greta are very customer oriented and respond quickly and professionally to any questions that arise. ​As a related service provider, I not only utilize T&G Medical Billing’s software for inputting data for SHARS, but also for session documentation, including notes for consultation visits with students and classroom staff. The website offers a very user-friendly interface that is easy to navigate and allows quick input. Ted and Greta are always available to provide assistance or technical support and I know personally they listen to their users and work hard to make updates to the software to allow for ease of use.
